For Paxi-to-door delivery, please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.

What happens if I miss my delivery or collection?
For Paxi store deliveries, parcels are held at the selected store for a limited time. If not collected, they may be returned. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
